Cancellation and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you would like to cancel a booking or request a refund, We invite You to review our policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any services that You booked with Us.

Cancellation terms

You are entitled to cancel Your booking anytime up to at least 24 hours before the treatment.

The deadline for cancelling a booking is 24 hours from the time of your booked service.

Gifts Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable.


Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. We run a professional business so we aim for the highest standards in everything we do. Complaints are very rare but we take them seriously, so we have a complaints policy and process we follow to make sure things are put right where needed and we learn from your feedback.

Tell us if you’re not happy with the service you’ve received, either while you are in the salon or within 7 days after leaving the salon. Calmly and clearly explain the problem. We will listen to your feedback and ask questions as necessary to understand why you are making a complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within two weeks. If you have already left the salon, you can email and we will reply within 48h. Where we think your complaint is reasonable, we will offer you a complimentary treatment as soon as possible or a refund if we can’t fix the issue.
